I had a mighty internal battle - I wanted to join, but I knew I had so much on my plate (haha) already that I might be setting myself up for failure. But... something kept nagging at me. Then, one day before the challenge started, I had a shower revelation (it's when my best ideas happen).
I would broaden my illustration skills with a food theme - but one that was personal to me. 100 Days of Gluten Free. I have Celiac Disease. I've been eating gluten free for a long time (so long I'm starting to forget, but around 14 years). Early on, a lot of what I found focused on what you couldn't eat. So I thought I would share all the things that I (and anyone else with Celiac or gluten intolerance) can eat.
